Together in partnership with 100 Guys Who Care Boston, we kicked off the holidays and raised over $10,000 for a local charity!  
 

It was great to see the room bustling with long time attendees and first-timers alike. 

The high point of the night, as always, is listening to our members passionately share a charity with the room.

• Leo Ryan kicked us off sharing TACT,  an organization who puts a spin on the traditional soup kitchen and provides home cooked meals with compassion, no questions asked!
   

• Susan and Alan Case presented their nominated charity - AACA (Asian American Civic Association). AACA provides education, occupational training and social services for immigrants and economically disadvantaged people. 
   

• Next, Cathy Konicki presented her nominated charity, Boston Area Gleaners, an organization that harvests high quality produce that would otherwise go to waste and distributes it to agencies serving families facing food insecurity.
   

• To wrap things up, Kim Coburn presented her nominated charity, Maddie’s Mission, a group that advocates for at risk children due to their environment. Every child deserves a fair chance! 

 

Although we had 4 very worthy charities, the night's vote selected TACT to receive the last donation of the year!
