In October 2021, we held our fifth Zoom giving event with members. Together we raised over $3,300 in one hour!   Two charities were nominated for consideration at our event including:

• Family Aid Boston nominated by both Regina Norfolk and Alicia Ianiere.  FamilyAid Boston empowers parents and caregivers facing homelessness to secure and sustain housing and build strong foundations for their children’s futures; their vision is to end child and family homelessness.
   

• Project Giving Kids, nominated by Leslie Zales, is a non-profit who's core mission is to help teach empathy and social responsibility to young people. They achieve that vision by providing technology that connects kids, teens, and families to high-quality, age-appropriate volunteer activities via a network of nonprofit partners.

After a great discussion, Family Aid Boston was selected to receive our collective donation.
